The final-year student of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) standing trial for his alleged involvement in the death of his girlfriend has been remanded by the court for the second time.
Joana Deladem Yabani's lifeless body was discovered on KNUST campus on February 27, 2025.
Sources revealed that CCTV footage captured a man believed to be her purported boyfriend, Daniel Tuffour, strangling her to death after an altercation.
Daniel Tuffour was arrested a few hours after the incident and arraigned before court, where he was initially remanded.
