The Office of the Special Prosecutor has stated that if Ken Ofori Atta fails to make himself available for investigation, they will be left with no option but to re-enter his name on the wanted list.
The OSP further indicated that it will cause issuance of an Interpol Red Notice and also cause the initiation of extradition proceedings in any jurisdiction he finds himself if he does not make himself available on June 2, 2025 as he has promised.
This comes after reports indicated that the former finance minister has sued the OSP for declaring him a fugitive.
Meanwhile, the former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta has taken legal action against the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) after being declared wanted.
