The Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram and Minister for Communications, Digitalisation, and Innovation, Samuel Nartey George, has obtained a commitment from the Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL) to tackle the worsening water crisis in his constituency.

In a post shared on his X page on Sunday, March 16, 2025, Sam George highlighted the severity of the water supply issues in the Ningo-Prampram areas, emphasising the significant deterioration in recent weeks.

He stated that following discussions with the new Managing Director of GWCL on Saturday, he had received firm assurances that residents would see an improvement in water supply starting Tuesday and continuing through the week.

Additionally, he revealed that the GWCL boss had pledged to visit the constituency personally to assess the situation firsthand.
