Economic policy analyst Senyo Hosi has urged Ghanaians to acknowledge the country's economic difficulties and contribute meaningfully to its recovery.
Speaking on The Key Points with Alfred Ocansey, he stated that both political parties and citizens must play their roles in addressing the nation's economic challenges.
He stressed the need for practical proposals rather than political blame games, adding, "When we are talking, we should be proposing and debating ideas, counter proposals on how to turn things around." Hosi also criticized the tendency of Ghanaians to evade taxes while expecting government services. "Ghanaians want government to do everything for them, and when it's time for us to pay our taxes, we are all finding ways to go around the system," he lamented on March 15.
He called for a shift in national mindset: "We talk, we talk, we don't do.
