Former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta has taken legal action against the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) after being declared wanted.
In his lawsuit, Ofori-Atta is seeking a court injunction to prevent the OSP from reissuing the declaration, describing it as baseless and unjustified.
He argues that the move has severely damaged his reputation and personal life.
The legal battle stems from the OSP's announcement earlier this year, labeling him a fugitive over alleged corruption and financial misconduct-claims he has repeatedly denied.
