Private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu has reiterated his call for former Minister of Sanitation, Cecilia Abena Dapaah, to explain the source of the large sums of money discovered in her home.
Speaking on TV3's Keypoints, Kpebu argued that findings from the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) indicate that she has been unable to justify how she acquired the funds. "The OSPO investigations show that Cecilia Dapaah can't explain the sources of her money.
She should first answer where she got the money from.
