A retired Commissioner of Police (COP), George Alex Mensah, has expressed his full confidence and trust in COP Christian Tetteh Yohuno, the new Inspector General of Police's leadership skills to efficiently lead the police administration.

He said he believes the recently appointed IGP would deliver and improve the Ghana Police Service and help improve other security services in the country at large. "If he leads the police the way I know him to, then I will not be disappointed, and the officers will be happy," he said.

According to him, the new IGP is a skilled, realistic police officer who knows his job, is a good listener and a goal getter adding that. "He is not a dictator, he accepts advice, always willing to listen his people and new ideas," he added.

COP Mensah made this known in an interview on Adom TV, and monitored by GhanaWeb, to share his thoughts and views on the new IGP.
