Heavy rains and a windstorm in Accra and other parts of the country on March 13, 2025, have caused significant damage in several areas.
A billboard featuring the 'Thank You' banner of , the (NPP) 2024 Parliamentary candidate for Ablekuma North, was damaged by the heavy rains.
The billboard was uprooted and fell onto the pavement beneath the traffic lights at Kwashieman, within the constituency.
Meanwhile, another 'Thank You' billboard featuring the image of her opponent, Ewurabena Aubynn, the (NDC) 2024 Parliamentary candidate for Ablekuma North, remained unaffected despite both billboards being situated side by side.
