Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has asserted that the current administration has surpassed the achievements of the previous government led by former President John Dramani Mahama in all sectors. He highlighted the significant progress made under the leadership of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo. Engaging the media in Accra on Sunday, Dr Bawumia cited improvements in infrastructure, healthcare, education, and the economy. He pointed to the successful implementation of key initiatives and also emphasised the administration's efforts in stabilising the economy, reducing inflation, and increasing foreign direct investment. He noted that these achievements have contributed to a more robust and resilient economic environment, benefiting all Ghanaians.
