The Supreme Court in a 4-1 majority decision has ruled that Akwatia MP Ernest Yaw Kumi is entitled to a hearing in a contempt case against him.
Justice Gabriel Pwamang dissented, while the other four justices supported the motion.
The Supreme Court has adjourned the substantive case hearing to March 26, 2025.
