Media personality and gender advocate, Josephine Oppong-Yeboah, has stressed that the fight for gender equality should not be seen as a struggle between women and men.
Instead, she views it as a collective responsibility to create a fair and inclusive society where everyone can thrive.
She noted that misconceptions about gender equality - often misinterpreted as a conflict between the sexes - have slowed progress toward true equity.
According to her, these misunderstandings have long hindered global efforts to achieve gender balance and equal opportunities.
