The Director of Communications for the Bawumia Campaign Team, Dennis Miracles Aboagye, has dismissed allegations made by the former Communications Director of the governing (NPP), Yaw Adomako Baafi, that he was hoarding party funds meant for certain individuals, particularly the media.
According to Miracles Aboagye, Adomako Baafi's claims stem from personal resentment, as he was never the Director of Finance and had no control over party funds.
Speaking in an interview on Asempa FM on March 10, 2025, Aboagye stated, "I was not the Director of Finance of the party, and I did not handle campaign funds.
If campaign money was to be disbursed, it had to go through the Director of Finance." He further suggested that Baafi's grievances were fueled by his dissatisfaction with his appointment as the Director of Communications. "If someone dislikes you, no matter what you do, you can never impress them.
