The Defence Minister, Dr Omane Boamah has warned miners to stay out of forest reserves in the country.
Illegal mining, has been a major issue in Ghana, causing severe environmental problems and threatening the country's ecological balance.
In a post on his Facebook page, Defence Minister Dr.
Omane Boamah declared that illegal mining in forest reserves will no longer be tolerated.
