President John Mahama has announced plans to strengthen economic cooperation between Ghana and Burkina Faso, with discussions underway to establish a direct flight between Accra and Ouagadougou.
Speaking after a meeting with Burkina Faso's military leader, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, President Mahama revealed that a Ghanaian airline is set to operate a daily flight between the two capitals, aiming to enhance connectivity and facilitate trade. "We discussed trade between our two countries, particularly in agricultural products, and how we can ease the process for exporters and importers.
