As part of its International Women's Day celebration, Female beneficiaries of the Karpowership Ghana Scholarship participated in an intensive training session in Takoradi of the Western Region on Friday designed to prepare them for the job market and leadership roles.

This initiative aligns with the company's commitment to empowering women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) by providing young female engineering students with essential career development skills as part of a broader mission to drive gender inclusion, skills development, and long-term career growth for women in the energy sector.

The event was on a theme: 'Accelerate Action,' and underscored the urgent need to close gender gaps in STEM fields and equip women with the necessary skills to excel in the energy industry.

The training covered key career-readiness skills such as CV writing and job interview mastery, helping participants position themselves for top job opportunities.
