President Akufo-Addo's final Presidential Pitch under the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP) has been held in Accra. The overall winner of the 5th season was 25-year-old Samuel Naamgwimaa, an Electrical Engineering student from the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT) and a native of Damango. He was awarded a GH¢250,000 grant to help further develop his Smart Switch solution for the market. Samuel Naamgwimaa, the founder of Naamgwinaa Technologies, impressed the judges with his innovative electronics company, which designs and manufactures the Smart Switch. This cutting-edge device optimizes energy management and automation for both homes and businesses.
