The Old Achimotan Association (OAA24) is mourning the untimely death of two of its members, Davida Asante Boateng and Lilian Akorli, both from Stopford House, who were fatally struck by a vehicle on the Achimota Highway in Accra.
The incident occurred on the night of March 7, 2025, as the two were returning to the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) after attending the Annual Bonfire Celebration at Achimota School.
Reports indicate that a black Toyota Corolla hit them while they were crossing the highway.
Eyewitnesses say the driver did not stop after the crash, leaving passersby to rush the victims to the hospital.
