Private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu has expressed his readiness to legally represent the former Deputy Executive Director of the National Service Authority, Gifty Oware if the National Intelligence Bureau (NIB) violates her right.

Kpebu said this after reminding the NIB of the constitutional requirement to either release or arraign Gifty Oware within 48 hours of her arrest.

The NIB had picked up Gifty OWare on Friday, March 7 for her alleged role in the Ghost Names scandal.

Mrs Gifty Oware returned from abroad in the course of the week to rumours that she would be arrested at the Kotoka International Airport.
