The Amasaman Circuit Court has granted two farmers, Solomon Armah Tagoe, 74, and David Nii Lantei Lamptey, 62, bail of GH¢50,000.00 each with two sureties in an alleged multiple land sale case.

Tagoe and Lamptey are accused of defrauding a bar operator, Augustine Tetteh, under the pretext of securing him a parcel of land.

Both farmers pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to defraud and defrauding Tetteh.

The Court, presided over by Enid Marful-Sau, ordered their sureties to present valid national identity cards at the Court's Registry.
