Ghana's Parliament has appointed Isaac Adongo to chair its Finance Committee.
The member of the Bank of Ghana Board comes to the position with a wealth of experience after serving on the committee for several years.
Adongo, who is a known economist, will help navigate Ghana's finances in Parliament.
His vice on the committee is Richard Acheampong, and former finance minister Dr Mohammed Amin Antah is the ranking member of the committee, deputized by Gideon Boako.
