The running mate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, has emphasized that the party's 2024 manifesto is a collective effort to reset the direction of Ghana. Speaking at the manifesto launch of the party at the University of Winneba in the Central Region, Prof. Opoku-Agyemang highlighted that the document is a product of extensive consultations with Ghanaians across the country, reflecting the voices and aspirations of the people. According to her, the manifesto is the culmination of numerous town hall meetings and community engagements spearheaded by the NDC's flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama. "The manifesto is the culmination of many town hall meetings, and community engagements held across the country and led by His Excellency John Dramani Mahama. "Therefore when we call it the people's manifesto or that we are resetting Ghana, this is not a decision a few of us have made indoors.
