Government Spokesperson Felix Ofosu Kwakye has indicated that the President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama, will chair a special cabinet meeting today, March 7, 2025.
This will be the second cabinet meeting since taking over the administration of Ghana as president.
In a post on social media announcing the meeting, Kwakye Ofosu said "President Mahama will chair a special cabinet session today on the 2025 budget.I will hold a press briefing after the session to update the Ghanaian public on the outcome and matters arising during the week".
This meeting comes ahead of the presentation of the 2025 budget, which is expected to be read on March 11, 2025.
