Member of Parliament for Tamale South and Education Minister, Haruna Iddrisu, has called for a ceiling to be placed on how much Ghana can borrow.
According to him, the country should not be allowed to overborrow just like the previous government did.
He is of the view that overborrowing is destroying the country, and the earlier something is done about it, the better for the country. "Mr Speaker, again let this Parliament work for the people of Ghana.
Ghana needs to have a ceiling on how much we can borrow.
