President John Dramani Mahama has admonished the current generation to effectively manage the abundant resources available to it now or suffer the retribution of unborn generations.

According to President Mahama, poor choices, in recent years, have stunted the prospects of the country and left it reeling from serious challenges, a situation which needs to be addressed. "Our story cannot be one of missed opportunities.

It must be one of continued efforts to achieve far more than we can boast of now.

Posterity will not accept our failure or take them kindly," the President said.
