As Ghana celebrates its 68th Independence Day, the North East region, particularly the town of Gambaga, has embraced the occasion with a unique local celebration.

This initiative comes in response to the government's intention to streamline nationwide festivities on March 6.

In a vibrant showcase of unity and patriotism.

Seven junior high schools from Gambaga participated in a colorful march, where students donned their uniforms, waved the national flag, and sang songs that echoed the hopes and aspirations of their generation.
