Kwesi Pratt has expressed disappointment over what he described as deliberate attempts to misrepresent his stance on the privatization of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG).
Addressing the issue on Metro TV's Good Morning Ghana monitored by MyNewsGH, he revealed that a presenter on the same network had falsely accused him of remaining silent on the matter.
Pratt found the claims particularly troubling because, according to him, he had consistently opposed the privatization of ECG from the very first day it was announced. "I took a position that is not substantially different from what I have maintained all these years," he asserted.
What baffled him even more was that the presenter's production team had received video clips of his past statements against the privatization before going on air.
