Chaos erupted in front of the residence of former Hohoe MP, John Peter Amewu, when a court bailiff and three others were confronted by an angry youth.
The court bailiff, Victor Akorli, accompanied by three individuals, had gone to the former Energy Minister's residence to execute a substituted service of an Appeals Court order from Koforidua regarding the SALL case.
