Former President John Dramani Mahama says all government appointees and politically exposed individuals under his administration will be exempted as beneficiaries of national scholarship programs. According to Mr. Mahama, the current NPP-led administration has mismanaged scholarship schemes in the country intended for underprivileged individuals. Speaking at the launch of the National Democratic Congress ( NDC) manifesto on Saturday, August 24, Mr Mahama called for significant reforms to ensure that scholarships are distributed fairly and transparently.
