Minister for Roads and Highways, Governs Kwame Agbodza, has assured contractors working on the Ofankor-Nsawam highway that the government remains committed to completing ongoing road projects across the country despite financial constraints.

Speaking during an inspection at Medea in the Ga West Municipality, the minister acknowledged the economic difficulties but emphasized that infrastructure remains a priority. "The president is committed to continuing and completing every ongoing project as long as the fiscal space and the financing of this project can be made available by the finance minister," he stated.

He further referenced the recent economic forum, highlighting the nation's financial struggles but reiterated the government's determination to see critical projects through. "We all listened to the outcome of the economic forum yesterday.

We are not in a good place financially.
