A recent High Court decision in Koforidua has resolved a long-standing land dispute in Berekuso, Eastern Region, Ghana.

The court ruled in favour of the Aduana Abrade family of Asabi, declaring them the rightful owners of a large tract of land in the area.

The disputed land, situated at Asabi-Berekuso, spans approximately 409.17 acres and is bounded by lands owned by Mankralo, Onyaakesease, Dedeikrom, and the NII Ngleshie Addy Stool.
