The Minister of Education and Member of Parliament for Tamale South, Haruna Iddrisu, has supported his alma mater, Navrongo Senior High School in the Upper East Region, with ten desktop computers to boost the teaching and learning of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

The donation fulfills a pledge he made at the school's Speech and Prize-Giving Day last year.

During the event, Mercy Babachuweh, the school's headmistress, raised concerns about the lack of computers, which was negatively impacting ICT education.

She noted that although the school was committed to providing quality ICT education, the shortage of computers and other ICT tools remained a major challenge.
