Former Majority Leader, Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu has revealed that resigning from the position was the best decision he ever made.
Speaking in an interview on Asempa FM's Ekosii Sen, the former Suame Member of Parliament shared that ahead of a crucial meeting, some MPs and ministers had hinted that his removal was imminent.
He recounted how about 80 MPs and several ministers urged him to resist the move, pledging their unwavering support.
Despite this, he decided to step down for the sake of unity within the party and the parliamentary front. "We had all gathered in a room waiting for the president to begin the meeting.
