The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has given the green light for the Black Queens to undertake a nine-day training tour in Senegal, as part of their preparations for the 2025 Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
The trip, slated for the April FIFA international window, will feature two friendly matches against Senegal's Teranga Lionesses in Dakar, providing the team with valuable game time.
This training camp follows hot on the heels of a similar stint in Morocco during the February FIFA window, as the GFA pulls out all the stops to ready the team for the continental showpiece.
The Black Queens' recent outing in Morocco, under the tutelage of new Swedish coach Kim Lars Bjorkegren, ended in a narrow 1-0 defeat to the Atlas Lionesses.
