In a bid to tackle illegal mining activities in the country, the Central Regional representative of the Council of State, Hakim Addei has joined forces with Twifo Atti-Morkwa Police Command to clamp down on those involved in the act.
Mr.
Addei, who is also the Dean of the NDC Chairmen in the Central Region and the Twifo Atti-Morkwa Police Commander, Supt.
Charles Addei Boateng, toured some of the affected areas of the illegal mining, especially, the Pra River.
