An Accra Circuit Court has remanded Stephen Agordotse, a Ghanaian worker, into police custody as he awaits extradition to Abuja, Nigeria.
Agordotse, who served as the Operations Manager of Discovery Logistics and E-Commerce Service in Lagos, Nigeria, is accused of stealing his employer's vehicle, electronic devices, and cash.
GNA reports that once all legal formalities are completed, he will be transferred to Abuja to stand trial for theft.
His arrest followed an INTERPOL alert from Abuja, leading to his detention by the Accra Central Police Command.
