Scores of disgruntled caterers under the School Feeding Programme have issued a stern warning to the Controller & Accountant General to release their held-up funds immediately or risk incurring the wrath of powerful gods, as they will be forced to rain curses on him.

According to the angry caterers, they have visited the offices of the Controller & Accountant General on three occasions, yet their pleas for payment have fallen on deaf ears.

In a video shared on the social media platform X, formerly Twitter, the caterers stated that their patience has been stretched thin, and they will soon resort to other means to have their monies released. "If he (Controller & Accountant General) doesn't release our funds after the month has ended and he receives his salary, we will invoke curses on him.

We are owed 32 days of work multiplied by the number of children each of us feeds daily.
