Bernard Tutu-Boahene has called for a national framework to deal with the unemployment crisis in the country.
Speaking in an interview on TV3's New Day ahead of the commencement of the National Economic Dialogue, Dr.
Tutu-Boahene said by the end of the Dialogue, a strategic plan should have been formulated to address the mass unemployment across the country.
