Media personality, Bridget Otoo, has expressed her disappointment over currently failing to receive an appointment from the NDC government despite all the hard work she put in for the party during her campaign.
Otoo took to X (formerly Twitter) to vent, expressing all her emotions by sharing only a short, two-word sentence, 'Monkey worked,'.
Social media users immediately decoded her post, which is a reference to the saying, 'monkey dey work, baboon dey chop', meaning one person works hard for another to enjoy.
