A cross-section of the public in Sunyani, the Bono Regional capital, say they expect more from President John Dramani Mahama in fulfilling the Election 2024 campaign promises he made Ghanaians in the electioneering.

They said they were eager to see the President tackle economic challenges and thereby alleviate the plight of the ordinary citizenry.

Reacting to the State of the Nation's address, delivered by the President in Parliament on Thursday in an interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA), some residents said they had confidence in the President's ability to transform the economic prospect of the nation.

Others also said the 'reset' Ghana agenda of the government required a collective approach, asking everybody to contribute their quota.
