Did President John Mahama solve Dumsor before leaving office in 2017?
Setting the records straight!!!
Our first major test upon assumption of office was to stop "dumsor" resulting from lack of adequate dependable generation capacity, insufficient fuel to fire generating plants, and the tie in of TEN gas pipeline system to the Atuabo Gas processing plant scheduled for February 3-20, 2017.
This resulted in a shutdown of the gas processing plant and consequently the curtailment of power supply from the AMERI plant (230 MW).
