The Minority Caucus in Parliament has argued that President John Dramani Mahama's State of the Nation's Address (SONA) did not truly depict the true status of the nation.

Their contention follows President Mahama's first State of the Nation Address (SONA) in his second term presented before Parliament on Thursday, February 27, 2025.

In his address, the president had asserted that the country is not in good shape due to some decisions made by the Akufo-Addo-led administration.

Addressing the media, just after the President's address in Parliament House, the minority caucus contended that President Mahama's SONA was centred on misinformation.
