The Minority in Parliament have been clad in black apparel for the State of the Nation Address.
The decision to wear black to the president's first state of the nation address (SONA) in his second term in office.
Ekow Vincent Assafuah, who represents the people of Old Tafo in the Ashanti Region, disclosed in a post shared via social media that they are solidarizing with Ghanaians whose appointments have been revoked by the government "The Minority in parliament is in black apparel to solidarize with young people who have had their appointments terminated," he said.
The Minority intends to drum home the need for the government to recall these young Ghanaians who have been rendered unemployed.
