Black Stars striker Jordan Ayew has completed his switch from Crystal Palace to Leicester City as he continues his career in the Premier League. The former Aston Villa and Swansea City forward is believed to have agreed a deal which fetches the Eagles around £5 million which could potentially rise to £8 million "Leicester City Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of experienced striker Jordan Ayew from Crystal Palace on a two-year-deal, subject to FA and Premier League approval," the club wrote on its official website on Friday, August 23, 2024. Ayew, who has been a key figure at Crystal Palace, joined the Eagles on loan in August 2018 before making the move permanent in July 2019. During his time at Selhurst Park, Ayew made 212 appearances, scoring 23 goals and providing 22 assists across all competitions.
