The suspect in the shooting incident that led to the death of Lawrencia Naa Borley Nelson (Naa GAMU) in Nungua, Samuel Adjei, has been charged with two counts of unlawful possession of firearms and murder.
The case presided over by her worship Georgette Camel Luterotte at the Teshie-Nungua District Court 2, has been adjourned to March 12 to allow prosecution conclude investigations and forward docket to the Office of the Attorney- General for advice.
Lawrencia Naa Borley Nelson was shot in the thigh by the suspect during her enstoolment ceremony as the Queen of the Ga- Adamgme Moslem Union (GAMU) Nungua West branch on Saturday February 22.
