Deputy Attorney-General and Justice Minister-designate, Justice Srem-Sai, has reiterated his claim regarding a memorandum advising the discontinuation of charges against Dr.
Johnson Asiama, former Governor of the Bank of Ghana.
Speaking before Parliament's Appointments Committee on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, Srem-Sai maintained that he had seen an internal memo from the Attorney-General's prosecution division recommending the withdrawal of charges against Dr.
Asiama.
