The Ghana Union of Traders' Associations (GUTA) has expressed optimism ahead of the presentation of the 2025 Budget Statement by the Finance Minister, Cassiel Ato Forson.
The association welcomes the government's assurance to reduce the cost of doing business through tax system reforms and the elimination of excessive duties and levies.

Joseph Obeng, GUTA emphasized that streamlining the tax regime is crucial for business growth and economic stability.
