The Deputy Minister of Food and Agriculture-designate, , has stated that it is a privilege to serve in President 's government.
Appearing before the Appointments Committee of Parliament on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, he expressed his gratitude for the opportunity, emphasising his eagerness to contribute to the sector. "It's always a privilege to be called upon by the President of the Republic of Ghana to serve in any capacity, and in this case, as Deputy Minister of Agriculture-designate," he noted.
He also acknowledged the leadership of the sector minister, Eric Opoku, describing him as an astute politician, a great farmer, and someone highly knowledgeable in agriculture. "This is a great opportunity for me to learn under him and follow that same path," he noted.
The Member of Parliament of Ayawaso West Wuogon further stated that he has no regrets about venturing into politics, as it has given him the platform to serve and make a meaningful impact in the country.
