Clement Abass Apaak, the Deputy Minister of Education-designate is the first nominee to be vetted.
The Member of Parliament of Builsa South has served on several committees including serving as a deputy ranking member on the Ghanaian Parliament's Education Committee.
He also served on the Public Accounts Committee and hails from Dorninga in Ghana and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Ghana.
