The Imam of Niger Sheikh Mohammed Kawra Asha, has commended the collaboration between Christian and Muslim communities in Ghana, praising their efforts to promote peace, understanding and mutual respect.

Speaking at the annual celebration of the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad at Sekondi in the Western Region, the Imam acknowledged the importance of interfaith harmony and co-operation in the country.
