The Energy Minister, John Jinapor, has dismissed reports which claimed that government is intends to sell state-power distributor, Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG).

Speaking to the media during a working visit to the West African Gas Pipeline Company Station in Tema on February 21, Jinapor clarified that government is only exploring private sector partnership to ensure efficiency and financial sustainability of ECG.
